Reasons Cell Phones Should be Allowed in Schools

There are many contradictory opinions in what regards this aspect. Cell phones should be allowed in schools? What can be the perfect solution? Should they allowed or not in schools? We all know that cell phones are allowed in schools, but one must always shut them off during classes, otherwise they are confiscated by the teachers and you can even receive penalties. Having cell phones at schools is a controversial subject and it seems we’ll never have the perfect solution. There are many voices which don’t want cell phones to be allowed in schools and it seems we’ll never arrive to a compromise. No one has the answer to this delicate subject.

I don’t think cell phones shouldn’t be allowed in schools. Students know when they can use them and when they can’t. They should know to make the difference between school and private life. The cell phone is a necessity, but one must know when, why and how he can use it, otherwise it can be disturbing especially at school. This dilemma was intensely debated especially in the least years. No one denies the cell phone’s advantages but all the students should be more careful in choosing the moments when they use their cell phones, if they still want cell phones to be allowed in schools.

What’s the main reason a parent buys a cell phone to his child? He wants to be in a permanent contact with his kid. That’s their motivation. Every parent can find out if his kid is really going to school and not somewhere else. They want their kids to fulfill their activities and they think that if they control them they will respect them. But they can anytime lie to them. Every kid who has an emergency at school can anytime contact his parents; they don’t have to wait till they arrive at home. Probably that’s the main reason why cell phones should be allowed in schools.

We all know how kids are and how important appearances are for them. If they see a student who hasn’t a cell phone they start mocking him, and that’s not so great. So, in order to have his colleagues’ respect and social acceptance, your kid must have one cell phone which is at least as performed as the others’ kids cell phones. There are many reasons why cell phones should be allowed in schools but there also are many reasons why cell phones shouldn’t be allowed in schools. All the students must be careful when they choose the moment when they are going to use the cell phone because I don’t think they want to receive different penalties from their teachers.

There are many schools which have already forbidden cell phones in schools, but things shouldn’t go so far. Every student must know to choose the moment when they are going to use cell phones in schools. I don’t think you’d like to upset your teacher and receive all sorts of penalties.
