How Are Cell Phones Made

Even if each cell phone producing company has their secrets in making their continually improving cell phones, there is a basic, standard procedure that all of them has to follow in order to design and deliver you those amazing gagets. No matter the type of cell phone they produce, the manufacturers have to get through 5 basic procedures.

First of all, each manufacturing company has a team of engineers who come up with a new concept and, of course, a design to measure or, why not, exceed the first one. Usually both the concept and the design of the new cell phone must be better, more revolutionary than the ones preceding it, so that they attract the buyer. After the new concept has been elaborated, it is passed to another team of engineers who approve or reject it.
Once the concept has been approved, the new phone must be added new attractive features also destined to get the attention of the buyer. This market strategy is very important as the final purpose of a new cell phone model is to register a sale success. But until then, there are some more steps need to be made. These new feaures can and will vary from one concept to another, depending on the company's interests and marketing. As a result, some phones have better photo and video cameras, others have wireless internet and so on.
After the expert engineers have decided on the concept. design and added features, the more practical part begins as the software and hardware components needed get inventoried then made and/ or bought. The assembly takes place in rooms created especially for this purpose. They are extremely clean and ESD Safe, meaning they prevent static charges that can be caused by the electronic parts of a cell phone. Because most of the future cell phone parts are very small there are a lot of machines destined to combine specific parts and people working in this area must wear special equipment that prevent their hair to fall off, for example.

Finally, after being assembled, the new cell phones are transported to a quality check department where a thorough checking and testing of all new cell phones is conducted so that future owners of these mobile phones can rest assured to have purchased a quality product. The cell phones which pass all the quality tests are then packet and delivered in special stores, while the rejected ones are sent back to be reassembled and repeat the procedure.
And that is how cell phones are made! Thanks to engineers that put their elaborate minds we can enjoy our personal phones and keep in touch with friends and family!
