Casio Cell Phones
Casio brings on the market a different kind of cell phones. Not different in the way that they look weird or have other functions than a normal cell, but different because they are “tough”. Tough because Casio cell phones are water and shock resistant and feature outdoor applications. If you like camping, if you like trips, fishing, hunting, sailing, if you are a person that spends time in the wild these phones will certainly fit you.
The latest product announced by Verizon Wireless and Casio is G’zOne Rock, a cell phone designed to resist weather extremes like water, dust, shock, vibration, humidity, and even more. A new feature introduced with this product is the suit of applications built for outdoor use. These applications are quite interesting and impressive. For instance a magnetic compass works with the phone’s GPS and a pedometer measures steps and also counts time, energy consumption, speed, and distance. You can also measure the temperature, follow the sunrise and sunset, and even see information about the tides if you plan a trip at sea.
Standard features of the G’zOne Rock are Bluetooth technology, microSD slot, 2.0 megapixel camera with an LED flash and the rugged clamshell design.
