Blackberry Cell Phones

The company behind the BlackBerry cell phones is called Research in Motion (RIM) and develops hardware and software services with support for multiple wireless networks. The first Blackberry smartphones were launched in 1999, and since that time the company’s products are used with success by both single end users and organizations alike.

Latest devices produced and released on the market are RIM BlackBerry Curve 8900 and RIM BlackBerry Bold 9700.

RIM BlackBerry Curve 8900

The BlackBerry Curve 8900 replaces the older Curve 8300 series, and brings a few improvements, like a sharp display, a nicer design and robust construction, a 3.2-megapixel camera, but also a more powerful processor and a HTML web browser. Wi-Fi with UMA support is provided so you can make calls over a Wi-Fi network. The 3G support lacks and that is disappointing as this feature would certainly be welcomed by users.
